Are HireHawk roles full-time?
Yes. HireHawk places full-time, long-term roles with a single company, not freelance projects or part-time gigs. You join one team, work their hours, and build tenure. Engagement details, schedule, and setup are confirmed per role before you interview with the client.
Who will I actually work for?
One company, not an agency pool. On global placements you work full-time with a single US client while HireHawk handles your pay and support. On Local talent placements you become the client’s employee outright. Either way, your day-to-day team, tools, and manager belong to one business.
Where does HireHawk hire from?
Our six core talent markets are Latin America, the Philippines, South Africa, Eastern Europe, Canada, and the United States. We also recruit beyond them when a role calls for it. Each posting states its eligible locations, so you know before you apply whether your market qualifies.
Are roles remote, hybrid, or in-office?
Global placements are remote from your home market, working US business hours. Local talent roles follow the client’s setup: some are remote, some hybrid or in-office, and the posting says which. No arrangement changes after the offer; what you accept is what you work.
How does getting paid work?
For global placements, HireHawk is your single point for pay and support: one reliable monthly arrangement, agreed before you start, with no invoicing multiple clients. Local talent hires join the client’s own payroll from day one. Exact terms are always stated in your offer.
How long does the process take?
Clients receive vetted candidates in 10 business days, so qualified candidates move fast. Expect the screening and interview stages to run inside two to three weeks when a matching role is open. If nothing fits today, your profile stays in the talent pool for the next search.
Do I need my own equipment?
Most remote roles require your own computer and stable internet, confirmed during screening. Specific technical requirements vary by role and are stated before your client interview, so there are no surprises at the offer stage. If a seat needs anything more, you will know before you commit.
What happens after I apply?
Your application is screened against open searches. If there is a fit, a recruiter contacts you to start the vetting stages. If not yet, you stay in the talent pool and we reach out when a matching role opens. Either way, you will not be left guessing.
