It depends on the model. Fully managed global talent starts at $12/hr, all-inclusive, with sourcing, vetting, payroll, compliance, and ongoing support included. US direct hire is a one-time placement fee: $995 upfront plus 12.5% of the hired candidate's annual salary, or 15% with no upfront fee. Traditional staffing agencies typically charge 20–30%.
How long does it take to get a shortlist of candidates?
Most clients receive their first vetted shortlist within 10 calendar days of their discovery call. From first interview to hire typically takes under 21 days.
What is the placement guarantee?
Every placement is guaranteed. Fully managed global hires include a 100% replacement guarantee at no additional cost, and US direct-hire placements include a 60-day replacement guarantee.
Do I have to commit to anything on the call?
No. The discovery call is free with no obligation. You will leave with clear pricing, a realistic timeline, and honest guidance on the right hiring model, whether or not you decide to move forward.
