Two ways to hire. Transparent pricing.
Every cloud role prices the same way. Both models carry the same bar: vetted candidates in 10 calendar days and 5-Stage Vetting. The guarantee differs by model: 60-day replacement on US Direct Hire, 100% performance replacement on Global Fully Managed.
Exceptional talent from Latin America, the Philippines, South Africa, Eastern Europe, and Canada, from $12/hr. One monthly fee, all-inclusive: sourcing, vetting, payroll, compliance, and ongoing support.
Explore global staffing →Full-time professionals across the United States, employed directly by you. One placement fee: from 12.5% of first-year salary, with the $995 retainer credited against it. Prefer nothing upfront? From 15%, paid only when you hire. Traditional agencies charge 20-30% of salary for the same search.

When the bill climbs quietly
Most teams wait too long. These are the points where the seat pays for itself immediately.
- The cloud bill climbs and nobody owns it.
- Environments multiply and nothing gets deleted.
- On call is whoever built it last.
- Infrastructure was set up by hand.
- Nobody can reproduce the production environment.
- Spend climbs quarter after quarter.
How our hiring process works
Fewer than 1% of applicants are presented. Every administrative candidate passes 5-Stage Vetting with AI-assisted screening, and you see vetted candidates in 10 calendar days.
AI-assisted screening
Every application is screened against the role's real requirements before a recruiter reviews it.
Skills assessment
Candidates prove the core skills the role needs through practical, job-specific tasks.
Communication and culture
We assess English fluency, communication, and fit for how your team actually works.
Background verification
Work history, credentials, and identity are verified before any candidate advances.
Reference checks
We speak to past managers to confirm performance before a candidate reaches you.
Where your cloud engineers work best
- Security clearance rules require a US seat
- The architecture lead anchors the team
- Some regulated environments restrict access
- Infrastructure work happens in consoles and repositories
- On call benefits from timezone spread
- Cost review is analysis and reporting
Both models carry the same vetting bar and the same guarantee. Pricing for each is above.
| Role / responsibility | Global | US direct hire | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| Infrastructure as code | Global | Repository work, staffs globally | |
| Pipeline maintenance | Global | Console work with no location benefit | |
| On call rota | Global | Timezone spread reduces night work | |
| Cost review and reporting | Global | Analysis task, runs from anywhere | |
| Regulated environment access | US direct hire | Clearance rules may require US staff | |
| Architecture ownership | US direct hire | Usually the anchor seat, kept domestic | |
| Observability and alert tuning | Global | Console work, staffs globally | |
| Disaster recovery testing | Global | US direct hire | Depends on your production access rules |
One partner, onshore and global
A US office manager working alongside two fully managed global assistants is a Tuesday, not an exception. You pick the model per desk and we run both under one partner.

Administrative Support staffing, answered
Which cloud seat should we hire first?
Usually the Cloud Engineer, because environment sprawl and cost drift are what compound while nobody owns them. Teams already carrying that seat add a Site Reliability Engineer next, normally when the on call rota has become one person. These are senior seats and we quote them individually rather than at the entry rate.
Can cloud engineers work remotely?
Yes, entirely. Infrastructure as code, pipeline work, cost management and on call are all done through consoles and repositories, so location is irrelevant. What matters more is timezone fit with your on call rota, and we will talk through that on the call rather than assume overlap works.
How quickly can we add a cloud engineer?
Shortlist in 10 calendar days from the discovery call, onboarding in 21 days. Senior cloud seats are a smaller market than general engineering, so we would rather present three genuinely strong candidates inside that window than a longer list. The difference between a good and a poor cloud hire shows up in your monthly bill.
Will cloud hires work in our existing environment?
Yes. Engineers work in your cloud accounts, your pipelines and your observability stack, under your access controls and change process. Fluency is tested during vetting with a real scenario rather than a certification check, so someone presented as a Platform Engineer has explained how they would reduce a specific piece of spend.
Can we add cloud capacity for a migration and release it after?
Yes. Fully managed global seats run month to month, so a migration team can be assembled and stood down afterwards without severance exposure, and US direct hires stay permanent employees on your payroll. What we would keep permanent is whoever owns the on call rota, because that ownership is the whole point.
What does a cloud engineer cost?
These are senior seats and we quote them individually rather than at the entry rate. Global Fully Managed starts from $12/hr all-inclusive but cloud engineers sit well above that floor. US Direct Hire is $995 plus 12.5% of first-year salary, or 15% with nothing upfront.
Will they have production access?
At whatever level your policy allows. Some teams grant full access, others keep production changes with domestic staff and use the seat for infrastructure as code, cost work and pipelines. Both work. What matters is deciding before someone starts rather than discovering the constraint in week three.
How do we know a cloud hire is actually good?
Vetting includes a real scenario rather than a certification check: here is a bill and an architecture, what would you change and why. Fewer than 1% of applicants are presented. On this desk the difference between a good and a poor hire shows up in your monthly spend within a quarter.
