When reporting collides with deals
Most teams wait too long. These are the points where the seat pays for itself immediately.
- Quarter end lands during a transaction.
- Analysis arrives after the decision.
- The rent roll is a month behind.
- Investors follow up for their pack.
- Lease abstracts are done when there is time.
- Reporting and deal work fight for the same person.
How our hiring process works
Fewer than 1% of applicants are presented. Every administrative candidate passes 5-Stage Vetting with AI-assisted screening, and you see vetted candidates in 10 calendar days.
AI-assisted screening
Every application is screened against the role's real requirements before a recruiter reviews it.
Skills assessment

Communication and culture
We assess English fluency, communication, and fit for how your team actually works.
Background verification
Work history, credentials, and identity are verified before any candidate advances.
Reference checks
We speak to past managers to confirm performance before a candidate reaches you.
Where your asset analysts work best
- Investor relationships stay with a US seat
- Property site visits require attendance
- Fund reporting carries a signing duty
- Rent roll reconciliation is system work
- Lease abstracting is document work
- Variance analysis is desk based
Both models carry the same vetting bar and the same guarantee. Pricing for each is above.

Which asset management seat should we hire first?
Usually the Portfolio Analyst, because the reporting cycle is what collides with deal work and analysis is the part that gets pushed back. Once quarterly reporting is covered, the Investor Relations Associate is the common second hire. Owners with active capital plans sometimes start with the Capital Projects Manager instead.
Can asset management roles be staffed globally?
The analytical half can. Rent roll reconciliation, variance analysis, lease abstracting and investor pack preparation all happen in your systems and staff globally. Investor-facing relationships and anything requiring a site visit stay with a US direct hire on your payroll. Most funds split the desk on exactly that line.
How quickly can we add analyst capacity before quarter end?
Shortlist in 10 calendar days from the discovery call, onboarding in 21 days. If your investor pack is due in eight weeks, starting now means an analyst who has already been through one reporting cycle with you. Filling two analyst seats at once does not slow the first one down.
Will these hires work in our asset management platform?
Yes. Candidates work inside the platform your portfolio already runs in, using your chart of accounts, your reporting templates and your approval path. Fluency is tested during vetting, so someone presented as a Portfolio Analyst has reconciled a rent roll against leases in an exercise rather than claimed the experience.
Can we add analysts just for the reporting quarter?
Yes. Fully managed global seats run month to month, so you can carry extra analytical capacity through a reporting quarter or a transaction and release it after, with no severance exposure. US direct hires stay permanent employees on your payroll. Adding a second seat goes to the recruiter who already knows your portfolio.
What does a portfolio analyst cost?
Global Fully Managed from $12/hr all-inclusive, month to month, which is where the analytical half of this desk sits. Investor facing seats stay domestic. US Direct Hire is $995 plus 12.5% of first-year salary, or 15% with nothing upfront. Most funds start with the analyst seat and add reporting capacity at quarter end.
Will they speak to our investors?
Only if you want them to, and most funds do not. The usual split is that analysis, rent roll work and pack production run globally while the investor relationship stays with a US seat. That way the reporting arrives on time without changing who your investors deal with.
Can they handle both reporting and deal support?
One person can, until quarter end collides with a transaction, which is the exact problem this desk describes. Funds running consistent deal flow usually end up with two seats: one on the reporting cycle and one on diligence. We will look at your deal count before recommending.
