When the schedule is reshuffled on the floor
Most teams wait too long. These are the points where the seat pays for itself immediately.
- Supervisors replan the floor informally.
- Material shortages appear at the line.
- Maintenance happens after something breaks.
- Changeovers are sequenced by order date.
- One machine down reshuffles the whole week.
- The schedule is a suggestion by Tuesday.
How our hiring process works
Fewer than 1% of applicants are presented. Every administrative candidate passes 5-Stage Vetting with AI-assisted screening, and you see vetted candidates in 10 calendar days.
AI-assisted screening
Every application is screened against the role's real requirements before a recruiter reviews it.
Skills assessment
Candidates prove the core skills the role needs through practical, job-specific tasks.
Communication and culture
We assess English fluency, communication, and fit for how your team actually works.
Background verification
Work history, credentials, and identity are verified before any candidate advances.
Reference checks
We speak to past managers to confirm performance before a candidate reaches you.

Administrative Support staffing, answered
What does a production planning desk own?
It plans and sequences the floor: the schedule built against real capacity and material availability, maintenance planned to protect uptime, and the improvement work that removes what the schedule keeps hitting. Without dedicated planning capacity, every machine down or material short gets reshuffled informally on the floor instead.
Which production planning seat should we hire first?
Usually the Production Planner, though this is one of the few desks where the answer is often an onsite hire rather than a remote one. Plants whose problem is repeat downtime should start with the Maintenance Planner. We will ask how often the schedule changes mid week before recommending.
Can production planning be staffed globally?
Planning and analysis can. Capacity modeling, sequencing, maintenance planning and improvement analysis all happen in your systems and staff globally. Process and maintenance engineering, and anything that walks the line, need to be onsite as US direct hires on your payroll.
Will these hires work in our planning system?
Yes. Planners and engineers work in the planning module and shop floor system you already run, to your routings, your capacity rules and your changeover standards. Fluency is tested during vetting, so someone presented as a Production Planner has resequenced a real schedule around a machine outage.
How do you vet production planning candidates?
5-Stage Vetting with AI-assisted screening, plus a sequencing exercise: a line down for six hours, two orders due, and one shared changeover. Fewer than 1% of applicants are presented. What they protect and what they let slip is the judgment the seat is actually hired for.
What does a planner cost?
Global Fully Managed from $12/hr all-inclusive, month to month, for planning and analysis. Process and maintenance engineering are onsite roles on US Direct Hire at $995 plus 12.5% of first-year salary, or 15% with nothing upfront. We will tell you on the call which half of the desk to move first.
Can someone plan a floor they have never stood on?
With a site visit at the start, yes, and many manufacturers fund one. Sequencing is a systems and data job once the constraints are understood. What cannot be done remotely is walking the line to see why the plan keeps failing, which is why we keep process engineering onsite.
Will they work in our planning module?
Yes, in the module you already run, to your routings, capacity rules and changeover standards. Fluency is tested during vetting with a real resequencing scenario, so someone presented as a Production Planner has already replanned around a simulated machine outage before you meet them.
