5-Stage Vetting

Across our searches, fewer than 1% of applicants are presented to clients. Every candidate goes through AI-assisted screening, skills assessment, communication and culture interview, background and credential verification, and reference checks.

Candidate Presentation and Your Interviews

We deliver a curated short-list with profiles, internal scorecards, and reference insights. You focus on evaluating candidates. We handle scheduling, coordination, candidate communication, and feedback collection.

Hire, Onboard, and Client Success Management

We manage offer letters, contracts, payroll setup, and equipment verification to ensure a smooth, compliant start. Most remote staffing firms stop here. We don't.
