Across our searches, fewer than 1% of applicants are presented to clients. Every candidate goes through AI-assisted screening, skills assessment, communication and culture interview, background and credential verification, and reference checks.

We manage offer letters, contracts, payroll setup, and equipment verification to ensure a smooth, compliant start. Most remote staffing firms stop here. We don't.
